Defect:

Belts and carcass plies may break when the tire is subjected to extreme impact.

Consequence:

The tire can suffer sudden loss of inflation pressurewithout warning, resulting in loss of vehicle control and a possible accident.tires do not comply with fmvss 119.

Correction:

Replace tires within 60 days of notification.
