Defect:

Molding defects on fuse holders could cause them to break and short circuit between the positive lead and the chassis.

Consequence:

Wiring around short circuit could burn since the fuse is bypassed in circuit to the battery, and a vehicle fire could result.

Correction:

Replace defective fuse holders.
