Tires may not be capable of carrying their full rated load. this could lead to separation of the rubber compound in the sidewall areas. tires do not comply with the labeling and endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109. "new pneumatic tires".

Correction:

Tires will be replaced within 60 days of owner"s notification at no charge.
