Back-up lights, although visible and functional, failed to meet the illumination standards set in federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.

Correction:

Inadequate back-up lighting system will be replaced with a supplemental back-up lighting system with mounting hardware and installation instructions.
