Flashers do not comply with flash rate requirements of fmvss no. 108. malfunction could result in no signal, continuous signal or rapid signal rate. consequence of defect: failure to properly signal direction of vehicle to traffic. could possibly result in an accident.

Correction:

Full refund of purchase price for all returned flashers.
