Inconsistent welding technique can cause axle spindle weld to crack, causing misalignment of the spindle assembly or possible separation of the spindle and wheel.

Consequence:

This condition can result in loss of vehicle control.

Correction:

Axles will be replaced with a newly manufactured axle.
