The helmets fail to meet the penetration, impact attenuation, and retention requirements of fmvss no. 218, "motorcycle helmets."

Consequence:

Persons wearing these helmets involved in accidents facean increased risk of head injuries.

Correction:

Helmets should be returned to "helmet recall, p.o. box 21338, ft. lauderdale, fl 33335" for a refund of the purchase price.
