The involved tires have narrow, off center plies and incorrect turn-up heights. tires fail to comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars".

Correction:

Tires will be replaced, mounted and balanced free of charge within 60 days of recall notification.
