Malfunction after usage which could result in no signal, continuous signal or rapid signal rate. fail to conform to fmvss 108. consequence of defect: failure to properly signal direction of vehicle to traffic. could possibly result in an accident.

Correction:

Full refund to be allowed to all customers upon return of the flasher.
