2014 SILVER EAGLE VAST-20N Recall

Defect:: Silver eagle manufacturing company (silver eagle) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 vast-20n, vast-20w, and ctl-40w converter dollies manufactured february 6, 2014, to march 4, 2015. due to a problem with the brake valve, the affected dollies may experience brake drag.
Consequence:: If the brakes drag on the converter dolly, the wheel end may overheat, increasing the risk of a fire.
Correction:: Silver eagle will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake valve, free of charge. the recall began on july 8, 2015. owners may contact silver eagle customer service at 1-800-547-6792.
