2013 CSI WILDLAND UNIT Recall

Defect:: Csi emergency apparatus, llc (csi) is recalling certain 2013-2016 wildland emergency vehicles built on ford f-550 chassis. these vehicles are equipped with stazworks wheels that may crack and break during vehicle operation, resulting in a detachment of the wheel.
Consequence:: A wheel loss while driving can increase the risk of a crash.
Correction:: Csi has notified all owners, and dealers have replaced all the affected wheels, free of charge. the recall began on june 16, 2017. owners may contact csi customer service at 1-989-348-2877.
