On certain dry van and reefer trailers equipped with tuthill trailer suspensions, models 20/22, the beam/axle pivot connection joint is mis-aligned causing excessive play with the trailer allowing the trailer to wander.
Consequence:
A vehicle crash can occur should the trailer wander without notice.
Correction:
Wabash is working with tuthill to notify the owners of the affected vehicles and provide free remedy. owners may contact tuthill at 800-753-0025 or wabash at 1-765-771-5300.

On certain trailers equipped with accuride aluminum wheels, the wheels may not have been properly pre-stressed and may experience premature cracking on the disc face that could result in failure.
Consequence:
Should the wheel fail while the vehicle is in use, a vehicle crash could occur, possibly resulting in injury or death.
Correction:
