Defect:: Vehicle description: "pup" trailers, models d2166 and d2168, equipped with a fixed turntable dolly with a tongue that will attach to a pintle hitch on the lead unit. the cap screws that attach the turntable to the suspension frame can become disconnected from the trailer.
Consequence:: Failure of the fastened connection while the trailer is in use could result in vehicle crash, damage to the trailer, and/or property damage or personal injury.
Correction:: Dealers will replace the cap screws on these trailers.
