Vehicle description: dump trailers. a hollow draw bar pin was used instead of a solid draw bar pin.

Correction:

Dealers will inspect each trailer to determine if the pin is hollow or solid. hollow bar pins will be replaced with solid pins.

Notes:

Owner notification began april 2, 1998.owners who take their trailers to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact east manufacturing at 1-330-325-9921.also contact the national highway traffic safety administration's auto safety hotline at 1-888-dash-2-dot (1-888-327-4236).
