Defect:
The positive wire connected to post #1 on the starter solenoid could contact the ground wire on the solenoid (post #2) and create a short circuit.
Consequence:
This condition can cause a short circuit and result in a possible fire.
Correction:
Dealers will inspect and replace the cables changing the cable position.

Vehicle description: transit buses with drive axle equipped with drum brakes only. the design of the differential cross-member reinforcement can crack under certain applications.
Consequence:
This condition could reduce the steering capability making it difficult for the driver to do accurate turns.
Correction:
Dealers will install two other reinforcements to solidify the cross-member assembly.
