Defect:

The two-piece self-locking flange wheel nuts can loosen causing stud breakage.

Consequence:

This condition can cause the wheel to separate from vehicle resulting in loss of steering control and an accident.

Correction:

Dealers will replace the wheel nuts on the affected vehicles.
