Defect:: The air brake line fittings on the pusher axle were installed so that one of the air lines can be damaged as the truck is loaded and operated.
Consequence:: The air line can develop a leak increasing the potential for a vehicle accident.
Correction:: The air lines and fittings will be modified and re-routed to eliminate the interference with the axle vent.
