- Child restraint system failed to meet pre-impact buckle release force requirements and back support angle requirements of fmvss 213.
- Consequence:
- Belt could be more easily unlatched than expected. also, due to back support angle, child may not be properly restrained in the event of a sudden stop or accident.
- Correction:
- Install new buckle and strap and longer bolt for the back of seat.
