Defect:

On certain vehicles, the welds on the fuel tank mounting brackets may fail. the fuel tank may slip and begin leaking fuel or it may separate entirely from the chassis.

Correction:

The dealer will disconnect the angle mounting brackets and add a strap mounting to the gasoline tank. any leaking tanks will be replaced at no charge to owners.
