Discharge value assembly bolt may fail and jam against a piston.

Consequence:

This could crack the cylinder head with a resultantdischarge of high pressure gas and the propelling of metal fragments that couldinjure persons in the immediate vicinity.

Correction:

Disconnect air conditioning compressors until fasteners can be replaced.
