- Ioxus corporation (ioxus) is recalling certain ustart energy storage modules, part number ust12v1100g31-isa. the overlay seal may delaminate over time, allowing moisture to enter.
- Consequence:
- If moisture enters the storage module, it can cause an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire.
- Correction:
- Ioxus will notify owners. a remedy plan has not yet been provided. the manufacturer has not yet provided a notification schedule. owners may contact ioxus customer service at 1-877-751-4222.
