Defect:

The involved tires fail to meet the endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109, "new pneumatic tires". tires may fail in service as a result of tread separation and partial tread loss.

Correction:

The dealer will replace the tires and balance new tires free of charge within 60 days of recall notification.
