The involved tires may not meet the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". tires failed to pass the impact strength portion of the test.

Correction:

Dealer will replace the involved tires, and mount and balance new tires if original tires were balanced, without charge within 60 days of recall notification.
