Defect:

The 22-inch diameter tank used to supply fuel to the refrigeration equipment is mounted to the trailer with hardware that may crack or fracture under stress. a crack or fracture in the hardware could result in partial or total separation of the tank from the trailer.

Correction:

Dealer will remedy the defect by replacing the mounting hardware at no charge to owner.
