Plastic shield cracked in dynamic sled test allowing excessive child head excursion greater than the 22 inch maximum.

Consequence:

The excessive head movement may allow child to contactobject inside the vehicle and cause personal injury.

Correction:

Replace the booster seat with a new child restraint system.
