Defect:

The turntable pedestal may develop fatigue cracks in the front suspension system.

Consequence:

Fatigue cracking could lead to failure and separationof the front axle and suspension from the full trailer. a vehicle crash couldoccur without prior warning.

Correction:

Replacement of the 5th wheel pedestal will be made at no cost to the customer.
