Defect:

Norgren inc. (norgren) is recalling one kneeling module, part number k990073. the air valve pistons have retaining snap rings in the manifold that may be improperly seated.

Consequence:

An unexpected loss of suspension air bag pressure while driving would result in an abrupt reduction in suspension height, potentially increasing the risk of a crash. a loss of suspension air bag pressure could also occur during vehicle servicing, increasing the risk of injury to maintenance personnel.

Correction:

Norgren has notified the purchaser and provided them with a snap ring reset tool, free of charge. owners may contact norgren customer service at 1-303-794-2611.
