Equipment description: these truck bodies do not meet the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps reflective devices, and associated equipment." the truck bodies are missing the rear tail and stop lamps.

Consequence:

The vehicle may not be clearly visible to a following motorist, increasing the risk of a crash.

Correction:

Noble truck body will notify their customers to have their vehicle inspected and repaired free of charge.

Notes:

Owner notification began during october 2000.owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact noble truck body at 1-606-439-3675.also contact the national highway traffic safety administration's auto safety hotline at 1-888-dash-2-dot (1-888-327-4236).
