A separation may develop between the reinforcing plies and the belts of the tire. this is not in compliance with the minimum endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109, "new pneumatic tires".

Correction:

Tires will be replaced at no charge within 60 days of recall notification.
