Turn signals do not meet durability requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment". continued usage could result in 1) no signal, 2) continuous signal or 3) an overly rapid signal rate.

Correction:

Manufacturer will refund the purchase price upon the return of the defective turn signal flasher.
