Defect:

The hazard warning flashers fail to meet requirements of the durability test. devices do not survive the test period or fail flash rate or starting time requirements. consequence of defects: failure to properly signal hazard of vehicle to traffic. this could possibly result in an accident.

Correction:

All returned flashers will be replaced with complying units.
