Defect:

Inside components of the valve fail to work properly due to insufficient clearance between the activation pin and bushing causing the valve to seize in the activated position.

Consequence:

This condition will cause the tag axle brakes to stay applied at all times and can result in a possible tire fire.

Correction:

Designated service facilities will replace the valves with new, updated valves.
