Defect:

Cracking may develop in tread grooves at the centerline. if tires continue to be used, chunks of tread may be lost and separation of the rubber compound from the reinforcing plies may occur. tires do not comply with the endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars".

Correction:

Tires will be replaced within 60 days of owner"s notification at no charge.
