Equipment description: tail lights used on buses. the bulb has reversed filament contacts, causing the lights to dim rather than brighten when the brakes are applied.

Consequence:

A following vehicle may not be aware of the bus stopping, increasing the risk of a vehicle crash.

Correction:

These bulbs will be replaced with correctly manufactured bulbs.

Notes:
