Defect:

A small percentage of the production in this size and type may have a misplaced ply ending in the lower sidewall. as a result, flexing will develop in the lower sidewall under sustained high tire load and could result in tread separation and component breakup.

Correction:

The dealer will replace all recall tires and mount and balance replacement tires free of charge within 60 days of notification.
