Defect:

Exposed turn-down endings at the bead toe can allow air to permeate into the tire's carcass causing separation and premature failure.

Consequence:

Tires do not comply with fmvss 119. this condition cancause tread separation or premature failure of the tire.

Correction:

Tires will be replaced, mounted and balanced at no charge to consumer within sixty(60) days of the receipt of notice of recall.
