The involved tires failed to meet the minimum endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 109, "new pneumatic tires". these tires failed when tested under adverse conditions of overload, under-inflation and excessive speeds.

Correction:

Dealer will replace involved tires and will mount and balance replacement tires, free of charge.
