- Tire description: cooper super road service, 7.00-15 lt/8pr tubeless bias, load range d, tires (serial numbers upnvbch019, upnvbch029, and upnvbch039, january 3 - january 23, 1999). these tires do not comply with fmvss no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars," due to a load and inflation plate mismatch.

- This condition could affect the long term service life of the tire.
- Correction:
- Dealers will inspect these tires and replace, mount and balance the new tire at no charge.
