Defect:

Due to misassembly of the buckle assemblies, the buckles can release upon impact.

Consequence:

Occupants of the safety seat would face an increased risk of injury in the event of a vehicle accident.

Correction:

Century will provide a free replacement buckle kit and installation instructions.
