As part of an ongoing recall campaign (93e-040), sofa safety belt buckle assemblies were being replaced. some of the corrective safety belt assemblies were sent out to dealers which were of the wrong design.

Consequence:

The safety belts can fail to protect apassenger during a vehicle crash.

Correction:

Dealers will replace the safety belt assemblies with the correct assemblies.
