- Consequence:
- If the back-up camera is inoperable, it may be more difficult for the operator to see people or objects behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of injury or crash.
- Correction:

- Consequence:
- A loss of air may result in tire failure or a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.

- Consequence:
- A loose pinion gear may bind, possibly resulting in the rear wheels locking up and increasing the risk of a crash.
- Correction:
