- Consequence:
- If the brake hcu pump is contaminated, the performance of the electronic stability control and related brake systems may degrade, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Correction:

- Consequence:
- A door that is not securely latched could open while the vehicle is in motion, increasing the risk of injury to a vehicle occupant.
