Defect:

On certain trucks built on kenworth t800 chassis and equipped with webb wheel platinum series brake drums, the brake drums could crack on the braking surface.

Consequence:

This could result in reduction or complete loss of braking which could result in a vehicle crash.

Correction:

The brake drums have been replaced on the affected vehicles.
