Vehicle description: motorcycles. the drain bolt for the transmission oil can come loose during operation allowing oil to flow out from the drain hole onto the pavement.

Consequence:

This could cause the rear tire to slip, which could lead to a crash and result in personal injury or death.

Correction:

Dealers will tighten the drain bolt.

Notes:
