Defect:

Vehicle description: motorcycles. the fasteners holding the rear drive sprocket could come loose.

Consequence:

The rear sprocket could drop off or the drive chain could come off or jam, resulting in a loss of control of the vehicle.

Correction:

Dealers will tighten the sprocket screws sufficiently.

Notes:
