- Consequence:
- In the event of a crash, the windshield may not be properly retained and injury to vehicle occupants could occur.
- Correction:
- Dealers will replace the windshields on affected vehicles.
- Notes:

- Consequence:
- If this were to occur while the vehicle was in motion and another vehicle was following closely, a vehicle crash could occur.
- Correction:
- Dealers will replace the stop lamp switch assembly.
- Notes:
