Vehicle description: low speed utility vehicles. these vehicles do not comply with the requirements of fmvss no. 500, "low speed vehicles," and part 567, "certification." these vehicles do not have a 17 digit vehicle identification number attached, have incorrect windshield material and markings, and no certification label.

Correction:

Dealers will install vin labels and as-1 safety glass.
