Defect:

Vehicle description: conversion vans. the rear axle can hit the fuel filler hose causing it to disconnect from the fuel tank, spilling fuel onto the ground.

Consequence:

Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, can result in a fire.

Correction:

Dealers will inspect the rear end for sagging and ensure that the rear end is at oem specifications.
