Defect:

The circuit breaker was omitted on the battery output terminal.

Consequence:

Lack of a circuit breaker can cause wiring or battery failure and can result in a fire if these wires accidentally shorted or overloaded.

Correction:

Dealers will install a circuit breaker in the battery out put terminal.
