Defect:: Plastic hood insulation clip(s) was(were) inadvertently dropped into the hose between the charge air cooler and the throttle housing which can interfere with the throttle operation.
Consequence:: If a plastic clip moves toward the throttle housing itcan become lodged there and prevent the throttle from returning to idle. loss ofthrottle control can result in an accident.
Correction:: Check for insulation clips in the hose between the charge air cooler and the throttle housing, and remove if found.
